I ordered this book a few months ago and started reading through it. Harvey Newcomb's theological discourse seeks to emphasize the chief importance of living a biblical life. The book was written by him with intentional address to young women, however his style of teaching is such that young men would greatly profit from it as well. I always try to be careful in choosing theological books to read because there are so many out today that it has become increasingly difficult to find anything solidly reformed. It was a sincere blessing to stumble across this book. Mr. Newcomb writes concerning Christian trials, how to set (and make) a godly impact in society, how to enjoy your Bible and set aside a serious study time, how to keep physically fit, the necessity of prayer, how to grow in grace according to God's Word...etc. Anyhow, I would of course, highly recommend this book. I still can't get over how good it is.
