Description
Tom Gillies and Dick Potter secretly meet at their favorite cave to plot the mischievous schemes which have given these young men such bad names in their locality. The townspeople complain that their home of Norton Island is too small to hold such troublesome boys. Tom is sent away to work, where he learns that his sinful habits have fastened his life in binding knots, making him a prisoner.
